We recently had DeepChill come to our home and conduct a maintenance service on our air conditioning system.Everything about that simple interaction was impressive. They booked the service in when other companies told us that they were too busy. The technician (Dave - a yorkshireman) was great. Arrived on time, very professional, he climbed up into The ceiling and conducted a thorough examination and clearly explained everything to us.Quick, thorough, polite and professional. Highly recommended.

After moving into our new house, we got a couple of quotes. The first company just guessed and sent a price from his computer. Deepchill immediately requested to come to the house to determine what we needed. Every step of the way, they double-checked our requests. They always arrived on time when they said they would, and on the day, the install guys were amazing. They were easy to get along with and came up with solutions for positioning the vents and screen etc.I would Highly recommend Deepchill for any aircon installs especially the Ducted.

Dave and Co. from Deep Chill were absolutely amazing from the minute they arrived. Assessed our 7 split systems, recommended what was required then completed the work promptly, with minimal fuss and leaving no mess or evidence of the hydroflush cleans conducted. It was lucky for me to choose this right company to replace my very old Daikin ducted air-con controller and 6 round ceiling outlets with new and to fixed air filter within a week after I paid for my deposit (managed very hard to schedule my job asap in this peak season).I also received these photos straight away from them via email after the job was completed.Excellent! Professional, efficient and valuable price to save me thousands of dollars to possibly change the whole system. My ducted air-con is working really well now. I am very happy and I'm going to have to put a jumper on - I'm freezing :):).

A Great Experience so far dealing with Simon - He Turned up on time and emailed through a detailed quote the same day.Simons advice was and technical knowledge is excellent and also his business manner.I have now booked to go ahead with these guys for two spilt systems in a commercial office / factory and will update review once install complete.Amanda in the office has been very efficient on the phone and via email with invoicing and payment receipt, a very smooth process also.I think the internet trolls have given these guys a rough time as my experience so far has been excellent.5 Stars ***** UPDATE - Install booked and completed within a few days - Jason and Jack did a fantastic job of install - they where polite and efficient guys and explained everything from beginning to handover instructions and left the job site tidy.Happy to recommend these guys to anyone.
